The breakfast had many options and the location was fairly central. Not BAD.
I found hairs in the shower upon arrival so the cleanliness was questionable. The air conditioning barely worked. It was set to 18 degrees Celsius, it blew warm air. I reported the problem but nothing changed. I was too hot ALL night.

the valet parking was fast (that's always a plus). the bathroom amenities were nice. i liked that there was a little mall with dining options and a supermarket behind the hotel. the bar had a good vibe with a live music band.
air circulation in the room was bad. i had some difficulty breathing. the hotel seemed to lack proper ventilation. this.

I found the staff to be super accommodating. The complimentary shuttle service to the shopping center was SO convenient. I especially enjoyed the breakfast variety and quality each morning. I took advantage of the refreshing pool facilities too.
The television screen in my room displayed a welcome message for another guest. This was a minor oversight, but noticeable nonetheless.

The breakfast had amazing variety, with both international and local options. I loved the fresh fruit selection and made-to-order omelets each morning, so GOOD!!!

the location was acceptable (it was close to several attractions).
the carpets seemed unclean, needing replacement. additionally, i found someone else's long hair in the shower upon arrival. this made me question the overall cleanliness and attention to detail, and it definitely wasn't up to the standards i expect.
